Established in 1989 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bin Mubarak, the Emirate's Mother.

The aim of the Special Care Centre is to provide, Education to intellectually and physically challenged children of the society. The approach to education is very functional and the objective is that students should develop into individuals who can function satisfactory in the society and can lead as a normal life as possible.
